While working with Sports Psychiatry Pittsburgh, each athlete is assigned an individual Patient Portal Account for secure messaging with Dr. Prins and completion of electronic practice forms.

 

Established Patients

Connect to a Patient Portal Account

Keep user names and passwords secure and accessible, as periodic access of Patient Portal Accounts will be required throughout treatment.

 

New Patients

Once registered and scheduled for an initial appointment, athletes will be provided with either a validation code by phone, or an email link to set up their Patient Portal Account. Validation codes must be used to register within 24-hours to prevent account lock out.
